Fyri Ammos beach

Firi ammos beach is located in the eastern and central part of Kythira and is one of the largest beaches of the island. It has previously won the blue flag award for its clean waters. It consists of fine reddish pebbles and sand. Access if you are heading from the northern part of the island is from Livadi, while if you are heading from Kapsalis via Kalamos. The road to the beach is asphalt, cement in some sections and a dirt road, at the entrance to the beach there is a car park. Fyri ammos in the summer season has a basic organization in one part of it.
